This repository serves the currently in-development release of OpenSolaris. For production-quality release bits, see the Release repository.
To switch your system to the in-development release of OpenSolaris (the "dev" release), you can issue the following commands:
$ pfexec pkg set-publisher -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev opensolaris.org $ pfexec pkg image-update

Install gcc-devyou can click it (if you are on an OpenSolaris 2009.06 or later system) to launch the package manager and install the package.
